Sometimes the smallest things
are the key to enjoying amazing races.
Here are FIVE helpful tips to remember from
Go Run the World
SM . . .

1. Water, water everywhere, but no a drop to drink.. Some races may be surrounded by water but that's not helpful if it's not safe to drink. It's never a mistake to pack your own water.

2. Do your homework. Contact people who've already run the course. Get their advice on how to best train and prepare.

3. Train in your race gear. If you know you'll be running with special gear, or simply new sneakers. practice in them way before lining up at the start.

4. Bring a camera. You'll want evidence that you actually crossed the finish line. And you might want pictures of that new friend you made along the way!

5. The Woo-hoo Factor. Have some fun. You never know what you're going to find racing around the world.

I just finished reading the book and enjoyed it very much. A lot of interesting location with very colorful backrounds. I can see this book being big help for a person who might want to try a different type of race.
